For Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your package. Our team will guide you through the return process and ensure you receive a replacement or a full refund.


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  1. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

  2. Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation email) is required.


How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email our support team at Care@Ours.pk with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and any relevant photos.

  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team to return the product.

  3. Based on your preference, we’ll either process a refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement.


Please note that it may take up to 15 business days to complete the entire process. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as these fees are paid directly to the carrier.
